At Dorsey, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your return reason.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you; simply print it and attach it to your original Dorsey packaging.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all jewelry is placed back in its signature box and securely packed in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
